Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month
Salary: ₹20,000 per month( up to)

Position Purpose:

We are looking for Marketing executive to manage the design, formatting, and delivery of all print and digital communication materials for the firm. This role is ideal for a fresher with an MBA, especially those with an interest in content creation, marketing materials, and brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities: Print & Digital Material Design

• Design and format brochures, portfolios, flyers, and other internal documents.
• Prepare print-ready files for vendors/printers.
• Maintain visual consistency with the firm’s branding.

Publication Management

• Organize content (text, images, drawings) for brochures and presentations.
• Work with architects and team members to collect visuals and data.
• Maintain an archive of all marketing and publication materials.

Vendor & Printing Coordination

• Coordinate with external print vendors.
• Handle quotations, samples, and print job tracking.

Presentation & Proposal Support

• Assist in creating professional presentations for clients and exhibitions.
• Ensure materials are accurate and visually appealing.

Administrative Support

• Track printed material inventory.
• Maintain internal records of print jobs and costs.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA (Marketing preferred) – Required
• Experience: 0–2 years in marketing, publications, or graphic content (experience in an architecture/design firm is a plus)
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)

Skills Required:

• Basic design and formatting (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
• Eye for detail and visual layout
• Strong coordination and time management
• Clear verbal and written communication

Compensation & Work Environment:

• Salary: ₹20,000 upto
• Leaves: 2 paid leaves per month
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
