Job Summary:-
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive who will handle management-related tasks and assist in outside sales activities. This role is ideal for a fresher with a proactive approach to coordinating and managing marketing and operational functions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Market Research: - Conduct research to identify potential opportunities in government tenders and contracts.
• Tender Participation: - Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Client Management: - Build and maintain relationships with clients and government officials to enhance business opportunities.
• Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects related to tenders and contracts.
• Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare marketing and project-related documents, reports, and presentations.
• Vendor Coordination: - Liaise with vendors for procurement and timely delivery of materials or services.
• Field Work: - Perform site visits, attend meetings with clients, and handle on-field coordination tasks.
• Event Participation: - Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Data Management: - Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and generate performance reports.

Skills and Competencies:-

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Willingness to travel for outside sales and project-related work.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
