Job Title: Marketing Executive – Fresher

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our in-clinic team at our physiotherapy center in Kharadi, Pune. This is a full-time Work From Office (WFO) role designed for freshers who are eager to start their careers in marketing and customer engagement.

You will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients, assist with promotional activities, and help ensure an excellent experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with walk-in patients at the clinic
• Promote and explain FlexifyMe’s services, treatment plans, and offers
• Support local offline marketing and clinic branding efforts
• Assist in managing inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
• Maintain daily records of walk-ins and marketing activities
• Coordinate with the physiotherapy and admin teams for smooth operations
• Help execute in-clinic campaigns and promotional setups

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Friendly, approachable, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets
• Passionate about healthcare, fitness, and wellness
• Willingness to work full-time from the clinic (no field work or remote work)
