Role Overview:
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing Filo’s brand visibility by creating impactful content, including blogs, and contributing fresh ideas to marketize our website. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive organic traffic, improve user engagement, and explore new opportunities to expand our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and publish engaging blogs for the Filo EdTech website.
• Research trending topics in education and edtech to generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns to increase website traffic and brand awareness.
• Identify new digital marketing channels and strategies to promote Filo EdTech.
• Monitor website analytics and provide insights to optimize content performance.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of content marketing.
• Creative mindset with an eye for marketing opportunities.
• Ability to research and adapt content to the target audience (students, parents, educators).
• Prior experience in content creation or digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
