Job Description:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting ES Healthcare’s services, building strategic relationships, and driving engagement with healthcare professionals and corporate partners. This role requires someone with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing who can manage B2B initiatives and contribute to the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and corporate wellness teams.
• Organize workshops, health camps, and events to enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate with digital and offline marketing channels to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare reports to track marketing performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or related B2B marketing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to network with doctors and corporate clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
• Proactive, creative, and result-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in healthcare service marketing or daycare promotion.
• Existing network with doctors, clinics, and corporate HR/wellness teams.
