Job Description

As a Marketing Executive for an EdTech (School Management) product based in Bangalore, India, your role will involve engaging with key stakeholders in schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Traveling to target institutions daily to collect data and schedule stakeholder meetings. - Meeting with Principals, Chairmen, and key decision-makers to advocate for the product. - Coordinating with the Business Development team for effective visit planning. - Collaborating with the product development team to understand features and benefits. - Developing and executing marketing plans aligned with field activities. - Driving product adoption through sales initiatives during visits. - Ensuring alignment between field marketing and overall marketing strategy. - Preparing and submitting detailed field marketing reports to managers. - Demonstrating strong convincing skills to communicate the product value proposition effectively. - Maintaining a competitive and energetic attitude to independently achieve targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Willingness to travel extensively. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (other regional languages are an added advantage). - Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a go-getter attitude.
