Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Marketing Executive at CV Raman Academy, responsible for field marketing activities in the morning and telecalling for lead conversion in the afternoon. Your role will play a crucial part in driving student admissions and expanding the academy's reach. Key Responsibilities: - Morning Field Marketing & Lead Generation: - Visit schools, coaching centers, and public areas to promote CV Raman Academy's programs. - Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential students and parents. - Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops. - Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners. - Maintain a database of prospective leads. - Afternoon Telecalling & Admission Conversion: - Contact collected leads to provide information about courses and admission procedures. - Address inquiries and provide guidance to prospective students and parents. - Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain a high admission rate. - Collaborate with the admissions team to smoothen the enrollment process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the education sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in local languages and English. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
