Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach prospective clients in need of ESIC, PF, and Labour laws other statutory compliance services.
• Present and promote ESIC, PF & Labour law - related services to businesses, HR heads, and decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Work closely with internal compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current ESIC/PF regulations and updates.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for statutory services.
• Attend industry events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• Fresher & 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in HR, compliance services, or payroll industry.
• Good understanding of ESIC, PF, and Labour law other statutory obligations under Indian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minium HSC qualified fresher & Experience working with compliance consultancies or HR outsourcing firms.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory filing deadlines.
• Ability to explain legal/technical terms in simple language to clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Conversion rate of leads to clients.
• Client retention and satisfaction scores.
• Revenue generated from ESIC/PF services.
