Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our engineering and construction services. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s engineering and construction services to potential clients and organizations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure smooth project communication.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, and offline promotional activities.
• Visit clients, attend exhibitions, and represent the company at networking events.
• Maintain client databases and track leads through follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field OR
• Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related disciplines)
• Languages:
• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in an engineering or construction firm).

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of engineering/construction processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
