Marketing Executive (Content & Social Media)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content across all social platforms, while also assisting with day-to-day marketing activities to grow the brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.

Shoot, edit, and publish photo/video content (must be comfortable with phone + basic editing apps).

Monitor trends and implement trending formats/hashtags for better reach.

Manage social media pages – posting, responding to comments/DMs, and engaging with audience.

Collaborate with the design and sales team to ensure brand consistency.

Track and report performance of campaigns using analytics tools.

Support in offline marketing activities (events, photoshoots, collaborations) when required.

Suggest and experiment with creative growth strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and trending formats.

Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).

Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Owning a smartphone with good camera quality (must be comfortable shooting content).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
