Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Sector 37, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role is suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute marketing strategies for kraft paper sales.
Approach B2B clients such as packaging companies and box manufacturers.
Conduct client visits, manage leads, and close sales.
Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Track market trends and competitor pricing.
Assist logistics coordination and ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-owned bike is compulsory for daily field visits.
Valid driving license is required.
Experience in sales and marketing or business development is preferred.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com, M.A.
