We are looking for a proactive, field-focused Marketing Executive to drive local brand awareness, generate leads and support student acquisition for Coding Tutor. The ideal candidate will be customer-facing, well-organised, and comfortable working across on-ground activities, digital support and partner outreach with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute local marketing and branding activities to drive enrolments and referrals.
Conduct outreach at colleges, coaching centres, community groups and local events.
Generate and qualify leads; schedule counseling/ demo calls with the sales/admissions team.
Support Brand Ambassador & referral programs onboard and coordinate ambassadors in the territory.
Publish and promote marketing creatives on local channels; encourage community sharing.
Maintain accurate lead & activity records in CRM/Google Sheets and report weekly results.
Collect feedback from prospective students and market insights to help refine campaigns.
Meet monthly targets for leads and conversions.
