Role & responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and site visits Manage digital marketing, social media, and content initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis Track and report campaign performance and ROI metrics Coordinate with external agencies for marketing collaterals Lead PR efforts in collaboration with agencies Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for pre-launch and launch phases Liaise with brokers, channel partners, and external stakeholders Contribute to designing and enhancing the sales experience at the sales office Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate marketing Strong verbal and written communication skills Hands-on experience with online and offline marketing tools Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects MBA in Marketing Management is mandatory
