Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designThe Planning & Promotions Specialist is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies that drive customer engagement, sales growth, and brand visibility. This role involves coordinating promotional activities, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring seamless execution across channels. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver effective campaigns and optimize promotional efforts.An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements 3-5 years of experience in promotions, marketing planning, or a related role. Proven track record of developing and managing successful promotional campaigns. Experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization or industry is preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in marketing or project management (e.g., PMP, Digital Marketing certifications) are a plus. What are we looking for? Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, campaign management software). Strong data analysis skills with experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar tools. Knowledge of promotional strategies and sales enablement tools.Competencies: Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple promotions simultaneously. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative promotional ideas. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Promotional Planning and Execution:oDesign and implement promotional campaigns to achieve business goals such as increased sales, customer acquisition, or product launches.oDevelop promotional calendars and ensure alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies. Campaign Coordination:oCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional activities.oOversee the creation of promotional materials and ensure consistency with brand guidelines. Performance Analysis:oMonitor the performance of promotions using key metrics such as ROI, sales lift, and customer engagement.oProvide post-campaign analysis and actionable recommendations to improve future promotional efforts. Budget Management:oManage promotional budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing return on investment.oWork with finance teams to track expenses and maintain financial accountability for promotional activities. Market and Competitor Insights:oConduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform promotional strategies.oIdentify new opportunities for promotions that align with customer needs and business objectives. Stakeholder Communication:oAct as the point of contact for all promotional activities, providing updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.oEnsure that all teams are informed of promotional goals, timelines, and outcomes.
