Marketing Designer

As a Marketing Designer at Solinas, your primary responsibility will be to concept and produce multimedia content that aligns with the brand's vision. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a variety of marketing and sales assets such as social media graphics, motion videos, email designs, landing pages, white papers, explainer videos, blog assets, one pagers, customer presentations, case studies, and more. Your role will also involve creating original video and design content from pre-production to post-production, including storyboarding, editing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop brand-aligned marketing and sales assets including social media graphics, motion videos, email designs, landing pages, white papers, explainer videos, blog assets, one pagers, customer presentations, case studies, and more - Assist in all aspects of creating original video and design content, from pre-production to post-production - Partner with subject matter experts to identify opportunities for compelling storytelling through video and design Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of video editing and design experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop - Understanding of post-production workflows and finishing - Knowledge of digital and print design best practices In addition to the minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a design-focused field, experience in B2B and technology industries, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, and other design tools, understanding of social media best practices, and ability to shoot.,
