Marketing Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Graphics for Web Design

  : Design clean, minimalistic, and responsive web pages that support storytelling and drive conversions.

• Motion Design

  : Create lightweight, web-optimized animations to enhance product and marketing experiences.

• Marketing Collateral

  : Design lead magnets (eBooks, templates, toolkits) and polish sales decks to ensure clarity and brand consistency.

• Display Ad Design

  : Create display ads using Google Web Designer, balancing file size constraints with visual impact.

• Social Media Design

  : Produce engaging, platform-optimized graphics for LinkedIn and other channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  in visual and motion design
• Strong

  portfolio

  showing work across marketing design, web layouts, and animated assets.
• Able to follow creative direction while contributing ideas and suggestions
• High attention to detail, layout, balance, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (or equivalent – Affinity Design Suite) and

  Figma

  .
• Experience with

  Lottie Creator

  or comparable motion design tool like Adobe Animate.
• Familiarity with

  WordPress

  and/or

  Webflow

  is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a

  remote, async-first environment

  .

• Comfortable collaborating in English

  with a International team.
