Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 60+ marketing operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and drive operational health. Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs. Collaborate with other marketing and country leads to ensure cohesive marketing operations. Manage all HR-related administrative tasks, including performance reviews, employee development, conflict resolution, recruitment, and hiring of new talent. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws, optimize marketing operations processes, and implement best practices and tools to improve campaign delivery and performance measurement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 10+ years of applied experience, 5+ years of experience leading technologists, especially in a shared services model. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within marketing operations, with HR responsibilities, a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
