Marketing Data Coordinator

The primary purpose of your role will be to support the Marketing Operations Team with data administration tasks, allowing them to prioritize supporting the rest of the team effectively. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Improving data quality and maximizing the usage of our CRM and Marketing system. - Ensuring data is marketable for optimizing email deliverability to our customer and prospect base. - Tracking Marketing engagement and activity to bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing. - Supporting the Marketing team through data administrative tasks and regular marketing operational activities. - Assisting Marketing colleagues with data cleanse activities. - Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting for marketing team leaders. - Collaborating with our Sales Operational Colleagues team to ensure customer data within CRM is cleansed effectively. The experience you should have for this role includes: - Data analytics skills with a good understanding of Contact Data management for both Customer and Prospect data. - Knowledge of GDPR and PI regulation. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). - Experience in working with data and managing multiple stakeholders. - Good organization, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Desirable skills include experience with Dynamics or Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot marketing systems.,
