Marketing Data Coordinator

As a member of the Marketing Operations Team, your primary responsibility will be to support the team with data administration tasks, enabling them to focus their time on assisting the rest of the team. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, playing a crucial role in ensuring the success of our marketing endeavors. Key Responsibilities: - Improve the data quality and maximize the utilization of our CRM and Marketing system. - Ensure data is marketable to enhance email deliverability to our customer and prospect base. - Track marketing engagement and activity, bridging the gap between Sales and Marketing. - Assist the Marketing team with data administrative-related tasks and regular marketing operational tasks. - Support Marketing colleagues with data cleanse activities. - Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for marketing team leaders. - Collaborate closely with our Sales Operational Colleagues team to ensure customer data within CRM is cleansed. Qualifications Required: - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues. - Commitment to producing detailed and accurate work to a high standard. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. - Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced, challenging environment. - Data analytics skills with a good understanding of Contact Data management for both Customer and Prospect data. - Familiarity with GDPR and PI regulations. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). - Experience working with data and managing multiple stakeholders. - Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Desirable but not necessary experience with Dynamics or Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot marketing systems.,
