We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations and Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is key to optimizing marketing processes, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and enhancing efficiency through automation. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist to join our marketing team in Noida. This role will be instrumental in generating insights, streamlining reporting, and driving marketing efficiency through data tools and automation. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams, supporting performance tracking, campaign analysis, and platform integration. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing performance data from HubSpot, GA4, and other platforms. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Manage marketing data models, segmentation, and performance metrics in Excel and Power BI. Automation & Process Improvement: Develop marketing workflows and automations using Power Automate to enhance productivity. Integrate data across systems (HubSpot, Wrike, GA4) and streamline reporting processes. Project & Campaign Management: Work within Wrike to support project tracking, timeline management, and resource allocation. Coordinate with content, design, and digital teams to ensure campaign goals and data requirements are met. Platform Management & Integration: Administer and optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, list management, and campaign analytics. Extract insights from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support SEO, web performance, and user behavior analysis. Required Skills & Experience 2 – 5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or data specialist role. Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data cleaning, etc.). Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. Working knowledge of Power Automate for automating marketing or reporting workflows. Experience using HubSpot for campaign reporting and CRM integration. Familiarity with GA4 for website and traffic analysis. Project coordination experience using Wrike or similar tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Education Qualification Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field. Additional certifications in Power BI, HubSpot, GA4, or Microsoft Power Platform will be considered a strong advantage.
