Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role supports international operations by coordinating registration documents, conducting market research, handling email campaign follow-ups, and generating bulk-purchase. It involves working closely with internal teams and partners to drive business growth and ensure compliance.

Role & responsibilities

Registration & Documentation Coordination

• Ensure timely completion of registration documentation by coordinating with internal teams and partners.
• Provide support for any additional documentation coordination or office tasks required by the international team.

Market Research

• Conduct research to identify emerging market trends and opportunities in target regions.
• Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and market positioning to inform business decisions.
• Gather data on customer preferences and industry demands to support product development.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements in international markets to ensure adherence.
• Compile detailed reports on market size, growth potential, and key players for strategic planning.

Email Follow-up & Campaign Response

• Conduct structured follow-ups with leads generated from email campaigns.
• Follow up on leads (up to 3 times per lead) within 10 working days of campaign completion.

Lead Generation Bulk Accounts

• Identify and generate leads for high-value or bulk purchase potential accounts (e.g., Pharma, Insurance, NGO).

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Document handling & registration coordination
• Market & competitor research
• Ability to manage leads, track follow-ups, and generate reports
• MS Office Suite (Especially Excel & Word)
