Job Brief:

Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email marketing, search engine ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions for Gigabyte's products.

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Develop and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and product descriptions. Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content aligns with the Gigabyte brand and marketing goals.

Brand Awareness & Promotion

  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing Gigabyte's brand visibility in the Indian market. This includes online advertising, influencer collaborations, partnerships with resellers, and participation in relevant tech events or expos.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and update Gigabyte's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage customer interactions to build a strong brand presence.

Market Research

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for positioning Gigabyte's products effectively in the market.

Event & Webinar Coordination

  • Assist in organizing webinars, product launches, and other events (both online and offline) to promote Gigabyte products. Help coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and ensure smooth execution.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track the effectiveness of marketing activities using analytics tools. Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.E/B.Tech or Marketing.
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or content marketing (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, email marketing platforms).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams.
