Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us deliver impactful campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations—managing campaign execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring Fusion’s brand is top-of-mind for small businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, partnerships).
• Manage Fusion’s content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Track campaign KPIs, leads, and ROI to measure success.
• Work with design, content, and product teams to create scroll-stopping creatives.
• Assist in social media management—from copywriting to posting and engagement tracking.
• Support event marketing, including demos, trade shows, and local business activations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or social media.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• A proactive “get things done” attitude—comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
