Marketing Content Specialist

As a Content Marketing professional at Karix located in Mumbai - Goregaon (East) working in a WFO setup, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing event marketing and project initiatives. This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to learn and develop in a hands-on setting while collaborating closely with various teams. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Content Creation & Copywriting: - Understanding customer personas and pain points to craft relevant content and messaging. - Developing impactful content for emailers, social media posts, event materials, and other marketing assets. - Writing concept notes, briefs, and tailored messaging for specific audiences and campaigns. - Repurposing existing content into new formats like videos, presentations, or infographics. 2. Event Marketing & Operations: - Conducting competitor and industry research to gather insights for campaign strategies. - Supporting end-to-end event marketing processes from ideation to post-event analysis. - Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful event execution. 3. Project Management: - Overseeing multiple marketing projects to ensure timely delivery. - Collaborating with product, sales, and creative teams to align on project objectives and messaging. Requirements for this role include: - 4-6 years of marketing experience with exposure to content creation, project management, and event operations. - Strong writing and copy-editing skills with a focus on crafting engaging and audience-centric messaging. - Proactive attitude with a passion for taking ownership of projects. - Familiarity with tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Canva, or similar). - Experience in B2B or event marketing is a plus. - MBA or equivalent degree in marketing.
