Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Marketing Communications Coordinator role requires you to be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. If you have experience in marketing, communications, branding, digital marketing, and/or social media, you might be the ideal candidate for this position. Your daily tasks may involve managing trade shows and webinars, reviewing and editing marketing communications content, fostering relationships with internal team members, and collaborating with third-party vendors. Your responsibilities will encompass: - Supporting global business segment trade show activities by managing projects, ordering show services, preparing and tracking budgets, and ensuring alignment with company goals and brand guidelines. - Collaborating with Marketing Business Partner and Marketing Automation Manager for lead tracking and follow-up campaigns at trade shows. - Providing support for global webinar activities, including project management, event setup and promotion, and ensuring alignment with company goals and brand guidelines. - Assisting in corporate communication and digital brand efforts, maintaining a library of brand and communication materials, documenting team processes, and developing team dashboards and reports. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related fields. - At least 4 years of marketing experience in a coordinator or similar role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. - Accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite. - Fluency in English for effective communication.
