Job Description

Main Duties

Ensure that the Marketing Communications program is executed correctly and in a timely manner.

Assist the Product marketing manager and Marketing communication manager in the development and implementation of the company s brand strategy

Design and format promotional material with the support from Product managers (webinar, video, brochure, application note, newsletter)

Organize Nu Instruments conference/Demonstration (liaise with organizers, prepare promotional pack for demonstration)

Assemble conference packs for dispatch, handle returned packs, and sort associated materials.

Help organizing and execute promotional campaign on several platform (social media, website, customer/ prospect communication)

Help maintain the website and coordinate the effort with our international offices.

Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

Help maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed

Help maintain the webstore by updating latest product/ banners in collaboration with customer service.

Support factory-related photography and video production.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience in full Microsoft Office suite and Abode creative cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe XD)

Willing to work with Content management system (ideally Sitecore)

Willing to work in Marketing Automation system (ideally Pardot)

Willing to work in customer relationship management system (ideally Salesforce)

Aware of SEO and Google Analytics

Proven copywriting and proof-reading skills

Interest in graphical arts

Good interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with international collaborators
