As a Marketing Communication professional at our organization in Agra, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies to enhance the visibility of our products, services, and brand. Your role will involve managing social media accounts, creating engaging content across various channels, and staying abreast of industry trends to capitalize on growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing communication strategies and plans to effectively promote our offerings and brand. - Manage social media accounts to increase followers, boost engagement, and raise brand awareness. - Create compelling content for diverse channels such as websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral. - Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth prospects and maintain a competitive edge. - Assist in crafting and upholding the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials. - Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of marketing communications initiatives using metrics and KPIs to steer future strategies. - Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns encompassing digital advertising, events, webinars, and other promotional endeavors. - Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a knack for storytelling. - Proficient in utilizing various marketing tools and platforms including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems. - Possess a strong grasp of stock market concepts, financial products, and investment strategies.
