Marketing & Client Engagement Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage our online presence, engage with clients across digital platforms, and support lead generation. This role is a mix of content creation, digital marketing, and client engagement. You’ll be responsible for building GetBestTravel’s digital voice while also ensuring smooth client communication via WhatsApp, website, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, design, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (using Canva, stock libraries, and AI tools).
• Draft engaging captions, blogs, and newsletters that align with GetBestTravel’s brand voice.
• Manage WhatsApp Business queries and respond to website/LinkedIn leads in a timely manner.
• Run and monitor basic paid ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.
• Maintain and update customer database/CRM, including lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with management on new campaign ideas, seasonal offers, and destination highlights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
