Marketing and Branding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Define the marketing calendar, plan campaigns, and schedule posts across all channels.
  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

2. Branding & Content Management

  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Lead content creation including graphics, videos, photos, and written content.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual presentation across all campaigns.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns when required.

4. Team & Project Management

  • Manage the marketing department, including external vendors or freelancers for design, video, and content creation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, and management) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Assign tasks, define timelines, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain marketing budgets and ensure ROI for campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing, branding, and content strategy

  • Proficiency in

    social media management tools

    and marketing platforms.
  • Basic design skills for

    photo, video, and graphics content creation

    (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    1 – 3 years in marketing, branding, or social media management, preferably in a design, tech, or service-oriented company.
