Job Description

You will be joining The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice aligned with the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture, where you will work with clients across marketing, sales, and services functions. Your role as a Senior Manager will involve providing transformation services focused on key offerings like Marketing, Sales, and Service, Commerce to help clients optimize their strategies and drive business performance positively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the implementation and optimization of Sprinklr Marketing, utilizing AI-driven automation for campaign execution, content planning, and omnichannel engagement. - Integrate Sprinklr Social Listening with marketing platforms to create data-enriched, sentiment-driven campaigns for enhanced personalization and engagement. - Utilize Sprinklr's AI-powered Social Listening to analyze consumer sentiment, monitor brand perception, and extract actionable insights for real-time campaign optimization. - Assess marketing performance across various channels and refine strategies using AI and predictive analytics. - Develop omnichannel campaign strategies influenced by social listening insights for effective content creation, audience segmentation, and media spend allocation. - Advise clients on MarTech/AdTech stack optimization and ensure seamless integration for end-to-end campaign orchestration. - Design AI-driven customer engagement frameworks based on real-time consumer insights for contextual marketing actions across digital channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to drive insight-driven marketing solutions. - Drive business development and thought leadership by shaping client proposals and identifying new opportunities leveraging Sprinklr's capabilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Understanding of MarTech/AdTech Platforms and integrations - Strong knowledge of customer experience management and marketing automation - Proficiency in campaign automation, content planning, Sprinklr marketing, and Social Listening In addition to the above, you should have a proven track record of over 12 years in digital marketing and delivering marketing solutions, especially within industries like E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare. Your expertise should include implementing MarTech platforms, experience with AdTech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud for technical design solutions is required. Moreover, you should have hands-on experience with Mar-tech tools like Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, etc., and a strong understanding of website and marketing analytics tools. This role at Accenture requires a Bachelor's degree along with an MBA and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.,
