Job Description

As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a key role in executing campaigns and initiatives across various marketing channels, focusing primarily on email marketing, marketing automation, and lead generation. Collaborating closely with the Brand Strategy team and other marketing members, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing campaigns that align with our business objectives and contribute to revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing automation strategies that are in line with our business goals and long-term customer acquisition and retention objectives. Working alongside the marketing team, you will plan and implement campaigns that leverage the capabilities of marketing automation tools. By driving lead generation efforts through effective strategies within automation platforms, you will enhance lead quality and conversion rates by optimizing lead capture forms, landing pages, and lead scoring models. Utilizing analytical tools and data sources, you will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and design will be crucial to align marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing strategies. It is essential to stay updated on GDPR, PECR, and other privacy regulations to ensure compliance with marketing automation practices. Keeping abreast of marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices within the B2B technology industry is vital. Your role will involve conducting research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization in marketing automation strategies and tactics. Requirements: - Previous experience in marketing automation or digital marketing within a high-growth B2B technology company. - Hands-on experience in setting up automated campaigns using platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar marketing automation tools. - Expertise in implementing web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, etc. - Strategic mindset to assist the business in achieving long-term customer acquisition and retention goals. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. - Capability to adapt quickly and make decisions promptly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Comfortable working under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects. - Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations.
