Role Overview

SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Web Push Notifications

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Build, test, and deploy marketing automation workflows across SMS, email, WhatsApp, web push, and other channels
• Execute bulk and ad-hoc campaigns aligned with business goals
• Support real-time, trigger-based campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention

Platform Management

• Assist in managing marketing automation tools and ensuring smooth operations
• Support integrations with CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms

Optimization

• Monitor live campaigns and suggest improvements to enhance delivery, engagement, and conversions
• Perform A/B testing for subject lines, creatives, and workflows

Performance Tracking

• Track key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and drop-offs
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights
• Share dashboards and findings with marketing leadership

Collaboration

• Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure aligned and engaging campaigns
• Work closely with senior automation specialists to learn best practices

Customer Journey Support

• Assist in building lifecycle, behavior-based, and drip communication journeys
• Support initiatives to reduce customer drop-offs and improve engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2.5+ years

  of hands-on experience in marketing automation or CRM-based campaign execution
• Experience with tools such as

  HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io, Zoho Marketing Automation

  , or similar
• Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

  for email formatting is an added advantage
