Youll automate marketing campaigns across email, PPC, and social media, monitor their performance, contribute to blogging and video content production, and occasionally conduct client discovery calls. Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation:

  Leverage the latest AI-driven tools to set up and automate marketing campaigns (email, PPC, social media), ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

• Campaign Monitoring:

  Analyze and optimize automated campaigns using advanced analytics, staying ahead with emerging tools and techniques.

• Video Content Support:

  Assist in producing video content—scripting, coordination, or editing—using innovative tools to showcase our AI offerings.

• Social Media Oversight:

  Utilize cutting-edge platforms to automate social media scheduling and monitor engagement, enhancing ZepthI’s digital presence.

• Client Discovery Calls:

  Conduct occasional discovery calls with potential clients, articulating solutions with confidence and insight.

• Tech Exploration:

  Proactively research and adopt new AI tools and technologies to improve marketing and sales processes.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with sales & marketing head to align efforts with client needs and company objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  2-5 years in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles, ideally with exposure to tech, AI, or automation tools.

• AI Expertise:

  Passion for staying at the forefront of AI technology, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written skills; articulate and confident in client interactions.

• Marketing Knowledge:

  Strong grasp of marketing and sales processes, with experience in campaign automation and performance tracking.

• Automation Skills:

  Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Video Content:

  Basic experience or eagerness to assist in video production (e.g., scripting, AI based editing tools). Help the company leadership with content creation.

• Adaptability:

  Quick thinker with problem-solving skills and a hunger for innovation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

• Presentation:

  Professional and polished demeanor, ideal for representing in client-facing scenarios.

• Technical Skills:

  Familiarity with Google Ads, social media schedulers, CRM systems, and a curiosity for emerging AI tools.

• Location:

  Must be willing to work on-site full-time in Gurugram.
