About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support social media and digital campaigns for government and impact-driven projects. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to build a career in marketing, learn on the job, and contribute to meaningful campaigns that create social impact. You’ll work closely with senior team members, assisting in content creation, coordination, and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Support in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars.

● Draft, edit, and schedule posts across social media platforms.

● Coordinate with internal teams (design, writing, video editing) to ensure timely delivery.

● Research platform trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

● Assist in monitoring campaign performance and compiling reports.

● Help with basic paid promotions and Google Ads (training will be provided).

● Handle day-to-day client updates and approvals.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.

Who We’re Looking For

● 0–1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or related internships.

● Strong interest in social media, government initiatives, and impact campaigns.

● Good communication skills in English and Telugu (written & spoken).

● Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats.

● Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.

● Organized, with the ability to manage deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
