Client Outreach & Communication Make calls to prospective and existing clients to promote insurance products (Health, Business, Visitors, etc.) Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage the companys presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Create and post engaging content related to insurance services, client success stories, and industry tips Run paid ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility Content Creation & Newsletters Draft and send monthly newsletters highlighting insurance updates, seasonal tips, and service promotions Create informative content like blog posts, flyers, and client guides to educate and attract clients Online Promotion & Lead Generation Post service listings on job boards, local directories, and classified sites Use CRM tools or lead platforms to generate and track prospects for business development Market Research & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine marketing strategies Assist in developing new campaigns and service promotions based on seasonal insurance needs Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the sales and support teams to align marketing efforts with client needs Track campaign performance and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations Preferred Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in making outbound calls and presenting services Familiar with social media marketing and CRM tools Creative mindset with attention to detail Prior experience in insurance or client-facing roles is a plus
