Job Description

The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in shaping our brands presence and voice. Youll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, ultimately driving brand awareness and business growth.

Develop and execute marketing plans that include digital campaigns, content creation, event marketing, and market research.
Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
Manage our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing activities as needed.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Assist in organizing and hosting promotional events to enhance client engagement and retention.

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with an ability to craft engaging content.
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a problem-solving approach.
