As a Marketing assistant manager,
you will be responsible to support, plan and execute the brand campaigns and social media initiatives. The role focuses on campaign coordination, agency collaboration, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels.
What you bring in:
- 4 + years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of brand marketing and campaign execution
- Working knowledge of social media content and reporting
- Comfortable managing external partners and internal stakeholders
- Organized, detail focused, and able to manage multiple timelines
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and recommend next steps
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
The impact you will create:
- Plan and execute brand campaigns from brief to wrap
- Coordinate with the social media agency to provide accurate inputs, brand context, and timely assets
- Align the agency on campaign calendars, priorities, and key messages
- Review and approve copy, creatives, and content plans prepared by the agency
- Ensure every campaign has complete social coverage across priority platforms
- Track daily performance, flag issues, and drive corrective actions with the agency
- Maintain a central campaign tracker with links, timelines, and post status
- Prepare creative briefs and coordinate production with internal teams or partners
- Monitor brand consistency across touchpoints and enforce guidelines
- Conduct basic market and competitor research and share insights
- Support events, launches, and brand activations with on ground coordination
