As a Marketing assistant manager,

you will be responsible to support, plan and execute the brand campaigns and social media initiatives. The role focuses on campaign coordination, agency collaboration, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across channels.

What you bring in:

  • 4 + years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of brand marketing and campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of social media content and reporting
  • Comfortable managing external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Organized, detail focused, and able to manage multiple timelines
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and recommend next steps
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

The impact you will create:

  • Plan and execute brand campaigns from brief to wrap
  • Coordinate with the social media agency to provide accurate inputs, brand context, and timely assets
  • Align the agency on campaign calendars, priorities, and key messages
  • Review and approve copy, creatives, and content plans prepared by the agency
  • Ensure every campaign has complete social coverage across priority platforms
  • Track daily performance, flag issues, and drive corrective actions with the agency
  • Maintain a central campaign tracker with links, timelines, and post status
  • Prepare creative briefs and coordinate production with internal teams or partners
  • Monitor brand consistency across touchpoints and enforce guidelines
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research and share insights
  • Support events, launches, and brand activations with on ground coordination
