Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning, drive sales growth, and enhance customer engagement. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage agency collaborations, and oversee multi-channel campaigns across e-commerce, OTC, and retail segments. Your role will involve optimizing marketing budgets, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative strategies to maximize ROI and business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including budget allocation, to maximize ROI. - Identify target markets, customer needs, and trends to ensure products meet customer expectations. - Maintain regular updates on marketing activities and ensure the marketing calendar is mapped regularly according to the planned monthly, quarterly, and annual market plan. - Verify each marketing communication collateral to ensure content quality and maintain error-free communication across all channels. - Manage and grow the company's brand presence in both online and offline spaces. - Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. - Coordinate with advertising agencies to develop and execute compelling campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of branding materials and collaterals. - Formulate creative strategies for new product launches across e-commerce platforms and the OTC segment, ensuring impactful market entry. - Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI. - Lead and oversee the internal marketing team, ensuring efficiency and goal alignment. Collate their monthly activity reports for HOD review. - Develop and implement strategies to increase the contribution and sales volume of OTC products, driving overall business growth.
