Role Description

This is a part/full-time field role for a Marketing Assistant located in Haridwar/Roorkee/Saharanpur/Yamunanagar/Muzzafarnagar/Bijnor/Kahipur/Haldwani/Moradabad. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting in sales and marketing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes supporting daily marketing operations and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze trends and consumer behavior
• Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain and improve client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing principles to drive business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Education/Experience doesn't matter, as long as honesty and loyalty are in play

Salary: INR 80+/hour for fresher; INR 150+/hour for experienced; other perks depends on experience in blood diagnostics ecosystem.
