As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by coordinating with existing clients, generating new leads, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with existing clients to maintain strong relationships. - Following up on leads provided by the company and converting them into potential business opportunities. - Identifying new clients through networking, cold calling, and market research. - Preparing and presenting proposals, quotations, and business pitches. - Achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns both digitally and offline. - Promoting company products/services through social media, email marketing, and branding activities. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials, advertising content, and marketing presentations. - Representing the company in marketing events, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Developing creative ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools is preferred. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, desirable qualities for this position include: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Creative mindset with problem-solving skills. - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. Sales experience of 1 year is preferred, and proficiency in Hindi is a plus. The work location is in person.,
