Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Order Processing and Management: Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Administrative Support: Managing schedules, filing documents, and maintaining records. Sales Logistics: Coordinating with other departments (e.g., production, shipping) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, tracking key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Sales Tools and Software: Maintaining and updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and using other sales tools. Communication and Collaboration: Acting as a point of contact for the sales team, communicating with customers, and collaborating with other departments. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
