• Frequent visits to architect and developer offices 🚶♂️
• Present MEPF, Structure, Green Building Certification and BIM design services 📐
• Generate leads and handle follow ups 📞
• Coordinate proposals 🗂️
• Share visit and lead reports 📝
• 3 to 7 years field marketing experience
• Background in architecture, construction, MEP, or design consultancy
• Strong local network in Delhi NCR or Bangalore 🤝
Local field travel. Occasional Pan India travel
• Exposure to airport, railway, and large real estate projects
• Clear growth path and performance incentives
• Strong design and technical support team
