Job Title: Marketing & Communication Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Communication Executive to manage Sturlite’s social media presence, coordinate nationwide marketing inquiries, and support various MarCom initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily content and communication across all Sturlite social media platforms.
• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all marketing-related queries from PAN India (dealers, distributors, sales teams, agencies, vendors, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal departments for marketing requirements, approvals, and updates.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, schemes, product promotions, and events.
• Support MarCom activities including drafting communications, creatives coordination, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the design team for creatives, videos, and digital assets as required.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights for improvement.
• Ensure timely dissemination of marketing materials to field teams.
• Maintain documentation of marketing activities, budgets, and communication records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communication roles (FMCG/Consumer Durables/Electrical industry is a plus).
• Strong understanding of social media management and communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
