Marketing and Communications Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Consultant to

join our growing team in Mumbai.

This individual will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies,

creating compelling content, and strengthening GlobeGuidance’s brand presence across

multiple platforms.

You’ll work closely with our counselling and admissions teams to ensure that every

communication reflects our values — inspiring students and families to trust

GlobeGuidance as their partner in global education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies

aligned with company goals.

• Develop and manage content strategies for social media, website, and campaigns

targeting students, parents, and partners.

• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including paid ads and organic growth across

platforms.

• Oversee and execute student engagement campaigns, webinars, and events to

promote study abroad programs.

• Collaborate with the video editing team for creating reels and boosting social media.
• Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects independently and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.

• Experience with marketing strategy and content creation.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a

plus. (Coursera courses will be provided for upskilling if required)

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and brand-building.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
