Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Director at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business planning. You will be responsible for developing and executing an annual marketing plan tailored to ERD India GEC and AIE centers, creating engaging content to position Capgemini as a leader in Engineering and Innovation, and planning and executing industry events, client innovation days, and technology showcases. Your role will also involve designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, driving internal amplification through newsletters and client stories, managing marketing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize future initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business planning - Develop and execute an annual marketing plan tailored to ERD India GEC and AIE centers - Create engaging and interactive content to position Capgemini as a leader in Engineering and Innovation - Plan and execute Tier 1 industry events, client innovation days, and technology showcases - Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels - Drive internal amplification through quarterly newsletters, win communications, and Daily Hub stories - Curate and publish value-driven client stories to enhance internal engagement - Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution - Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives Qualifications Required: - 14-16 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a technology or innovation-driven environment - Team building and team management experience - Strong content creation and storytelling skills - Experience in event planning and digital campaign management - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
