Job Description

As an Ind & Func AI Decision Science Analyst Level 11 in Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network Data & AI practice focused on Marketing Analytics, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of smart and driven professionals who are pioneers in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including Generative AI. You will play a key role in utilizing the power of Artificial Intelligence to help clients achieve high performance through data-driven insights and informed decision-making. From defining data requirements to building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions using Generative AI. Your responsibilities will include harnessing the capabilities of Generative AI and LLMs, defining data requirements, performing data cleaning and analysis, managing data pipelines, training models, evaluating performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into end-to-end processes. You will also stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, explore new techniques to enhance model capabilities, and document methodologies for knowledge sharing. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or related disciplines with a strong academic background. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Data Science, preferably within the Marketing domain, proficiency in Python and SQL, and hands-on experience with at least one prominent Large Language Model. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new advancements in Generative AI and Marketing Analytics are essential.
