We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Analyst to support our team in managing deliverable configuration, data entry, task execution, and data accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, proactive thinking, and the ability to manage workflows efficiently while ensuring accuracy in deliverables.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 3+ years of experience in data entry, marketing analytics, campaign execution, or digital marketing preferably with exposure to complex databases
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated success in maintaining data accuracy and quality with a database management mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Familiarity with Workfront, Salesforce, Tableau, or any other project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational, operational, analytical, task management, logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve setup or execution issues
  • Proficient in reviewing, interpreting, and communicating data-driven analysis to support decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content
  • Strong initiative and self-direction, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Execution: Configure, review, and close deliverables and tasks in Workfront to support accurate, timely execution of digital marketing initiatives that drive revenue goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain, validate, and clean Audience Engagement data files to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting of campaign performance.
  • Creative: Support creative ideation and ensure all details are accurately captured in configurations to prevent errors and enable seamless execution.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, workflows, and task updates in Workfront while coordinating with teams to resolve delays and keep projects on track.
  • Campaign Execution Collaboration: Configure, validate, and launch campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align deliverables with broader marketing plans.
  • Analytics Insight: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for process and performance optimization.
  • Attention to Detail Data Accuracy: Input, verify, and maintain deliverable details with precision to uphold quality standards and ensure timely, error-free delivery.
