What Were Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data and performance metrics. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if youve worked with data dashboards. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to ad copy, visual direction, and content planning. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team projects. Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace marketing is a plusbut not mandatory.
