About the Role: Were looking for a passionate and performance-oriented Marketing Analyst to drive user acquisition and sales through paid media and marketplace platforms. This role blends analytical thinking with creative execution, offering the opportunity to work across Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and more. Youll also leverage CRM channels like WhatsApp, email, and SMS to maximize customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketplaces. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives (static, product, and video formats). Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to improve ROI and drive business growth. Plan and execute marketing initiatives for product launches, seasonal sales, and other key business moments. Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and in-app notifications. Maintain accurate reporting using Excel/Google Sheets, presenting performance summaries to stakeholders. Coordinate with product, brand, and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What Were Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data and performance metrics. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; bonus if youve worked with data dashboards. Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to ad copy, visual direction, and content planning. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team projects. Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace marketing is a plusbut not mandatory.
