Key Responsibilities Brand Building and Market Penetration Enhance brand value within the Trade segment, focusing on retailers and wholesalers. Plan and execute retailer and wholesaler promotional schemes. Drive demand creation at the end-user level, including electricians, engineers, and contractors. Product Management and Promotions Manage end-to-end new product introduction , from ideation to market launch. Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored for Trade and Industrial Trade markets. Oversee DSR (Distributor Sales Representative) activities, promoters, and merchandising strategies. Market Insights and Pricing Strategy Conduct market and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide actionable insights through customer journey mapping for electricians, engineers, and project managers. Optimize pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Campaign Execution and CRM Operations Develop and execute marketing tactics related to product, channel, pricing, and promotions . Support CRM operations to enhance customer experiences and address end-user needs effectively. Collaboration and Compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products in alignment with leadership strategies. Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards while working with customers. Participate in corporate programs, maintaining adherence to quality standards and ethical practices. Sales and Margin Support Align marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets and margin expectations for the product portfolio. Required Skills and Expertise Education : Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing preferred). Experience : Minimum 5 years in Trade markets or Industrial Trade. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping for electricians, engineers, project managers, and electrical contractors. Proven experience in marketing campaign execution and product promotions. Knowledge of CRM operations and customer engagement tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
